Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure as Code (Iac): Develop and handle infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Helm Charts, CloudFormation, or Ansible to ensure consistent and scalable environments -
CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build, optimize, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, Gitlab, Github, or similar tools.
- Cloud and on-prem Management: Work with Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem infrastructure (VMware, Linux servers) to deploy, manage, and monitor infrastructure and services
- Automation: Automate repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency, and reduce human intervention for building and deploying application, services. -
Monitoring & Logging: Working with SRE team to Setup monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or others to ensure high availability and performance of application and infrastructure -
Teamwork: Collaborate with architect, operations and developers to ensure seamless integration between development, testing and production environments.
- Security Best Practices: Implement and enforce security protocols/procedures, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability scanning and remediation
- Provide troubleshooting support for issue related to application deployment and/or DevOPs related activities.
