Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Communications Policy

1. Purpose
RiskInfo.ai prohibits the use of unsolicited electronic messages to advertise or promote riskinfo.ai, any RiskInfo.ai website page or subdomain, its newsletters, events, services, content, partner offerings, or other commercial activities.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, vendors, service providers, and any other person or organization acting for or on behalf of RiskInfo.ai.
It applies to email, SMS, direct messages, social or professional-network messages, and other forms of electronic communication, whether messages are sent individually, automatically, or in bulk.

3. Prohibited activities
RiskInfo.ai does not permit:

Bulk or automated unsolicited advertising.

The use of purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, or improperly obtained contact lists for unsolicited promotion.

The use of misleading sender names, email addresses, domains, subject lines, or message content.

Continued promotional communication after a recipient has requested that such communication stop.

Any employee, contractor, affiliate, partner, vendor, or other third party to advertise riskinfo.ai through spam or other unsolicited messages.

The use of the RiskInfo.ai name, brand, domain, subdomains, or website links in unsolicited advertising.

4. Permitted communications
Promotional messages may be sent only where:

The recipient has requested information.

The recipient has subscribed or otherwise provided permission to receive the communication.

The communication is a lawful and reasonably expected part of an existing documented business or professional relationship.
RiskInfo.ai may also send transactional, service, security, administrative, and individually requested communications where necessary and lawful.

5. Message requirements
Any promotional electronic message sent by or on behalf of RiskInfo.ai must:

Accurately identify the sender and RiskInfo.ai.

Use a truthful and relevant subject line.

Include valid contact information.

Clearly state the purpose of the communication.

Provide a clear method to opt out where required.

6. Opt-out requests
Opt-out and unsubscribe requests must be processed promptly. Once a recipient has opted out, the relevant contact address must not be used for further promotional messages, except where communication is legally required or necessary to confirm the opt-out request.
RiskInfo.ai maintains appropriate suppression records to prevent recipients who have opted out from being added again to promotional mailing activity.

7. Third-party compliance
Any person or organization sending communications for or on behalf of RiskInfo.ai must comply with this policy and all applicable electronic-communications and data-protection requirements.
RiskInfo.ai does not authorize any third party to promote riskinfo.ai through unsolicited messages. Engaging a third party does not permit that party to use spam, purchased lists, harvested addresses, misleading sender information, or other prohibited practices.

8. Reporting and enforcement
Any person who receives a message that appears to violate this policy may report it to:

RiskInfo.ai will investigate reported violations, stop non-compliant activity, take appropriate corrective action, and may terminate the access, contract, or relationship of any person or organization that violates this policy.
